DISPLAY SOLUTIONS
MOUNT MAKING
INSTALLATION
Ash&Harper work closely with the collection and design needs to create bespoke mount making solutions for museum artefacts and works of art.
Conservation requirements and aesthetic parameters are met with tailor made manufactured mounts in a variety of materials and finishes.
Installation of mount solutions and objects are carried out on site by the team to provide a complete package from conception to exhibition.
Make it stand out.
Display solutions
Our display solutions are thoughtfully designed to enhance both the protection and presentation of every object. By combining innovative engineering with a deep understanding of materials and conservation, we create mounts that are visually discreet, structurally sound, and suited to their environment and the exhibition design.
We take the time and care to ensure each object is securely supported without compromising its visual impact. Our solutions include brass and steel armatures, plinths, acrylic cradles, lecterns and formers, magnetic fittings, shelving systems, and bespoke brackets.
Materials
Using the most appropriate display solution for each individual object, we select the highest quality materials, including metals, woods, acrylics, and engineered conservation-grade sheet composites.
All materials are Oddy tested and sourced from trusted, museum-approved suppliers.
We are always happy to explore new materials as they emerge and collaborate with your team to develop innovative display solutions.

Installation
Ash & Harper have extensive experience installing a wide range of objects across multiple disciplines, including anthropology, antiquities, natural history, textiles, ceramics, books and manuscripts, fine art, jewellery, and architectural artefacts.
With careful, precise on-site installation, we ensure each object and its mount are presented to the highest possible standard within the showcase, combining technical expertise with a sensitive approach to handling and display.
Sustainability
We work closely with our clients to meet the evolving sustainability requirements of modern museum displays. We actively explore recyclable and environmentally responsible materials, including card-based book cradles and Green Cast acrylic. Mounts can also incorporate engineered components to support interchangeable and reusable display systems.
We thrive on collaboration with our clients and are committed to continually reducing our carbon footprint.
